Accountant

About UsTMA is a growing industrial supplies and electromechanical company specializing in overhead cranes.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team and support our continued growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate financial records and accounting transactions.Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable.Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Monitor inventory-related accounting transactions and cost allocations.Process payroll and employee expense reimbursements.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documentation.Monitor credit control and follow up on outstanding customer payments.Support management with financial analysis and reporting for business decision-making.

Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, trading, or electromechanical sectors.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Experience handling inventory accounting and project-based costing is an advantage.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Preferred SkillsExperience with ERP systems.Knowledge of import/export accounting and supplier management.Understanding of industrial supply chain and inventory management processes.Professional accounting certification is an advantage.
