Lead and oversee all daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Manage and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Spearhead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, providing critical insights to senior management.Drive cost accounting initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction across various departments.Ensure rigorous internal controls are in place and adhered to, safeguarding company assets.Manage external audits and ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulatory bodies.
