Accountant Supervisor

Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all accounting activities.Manage general ledger functions and ensure proper reconciliation of accounts.Coordinate and support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.Monitor and analyze accounting data, producing financial reports and statements for management review.Ensure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations and standards.Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the optimization of accounting operations.

Bachelor’s degree in English Commerce or Business administration.3 to 8 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a large organization.Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.Proven experience with month-end and year-end closing processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
