Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a dedicated accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Oversee all aspects of the general ledger, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data.Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports, providing critical insights for strategic decision-making.Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with various departments to ensure robust financial planning.Ensure strict adherence to accounting principles, company policies, and relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.Coordinate and support internal and external auditing activities, serving as a primary point of contact.Streamline and optimize accounting processes, leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills & Technologies:You will be empowered to utilize a robust suite of tools and methodologies including advanced Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, alongside comprehensive ERP Systems to manage and analyze financial data with precision.

Experience that Commands Respect: A minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with a proven track record of leadership and impactful contributions.Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field is essential.Mastery of Core Skills: Demonstrated expertise in Accounting principles, Financial Reporting, General Ledger Management, and Budgeting & Forecasting.Technological Acumen: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Advanced Excel, and hands-on experience with major ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo Financials).Strategic Thinker: Strong abilities in Financial Analysis, Auditing, and navigating complex Taxation and Compliance frameworks.Inspirational Leadership: Proven skills in Team Leadership, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding Communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting complex financial information clearly and concisely.Career Level Expectation: This is an Experienced level role, seeking a professional ready to step into a leadership position and drive significant value.Maximum Age 35Must have worked at a start-up
