Accounting Supervisor - Concrete Factory

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Hurghada.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and supporting financial reporting activities.

Previous experience in concrete factories is essential.

Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily accounting activities and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial transactions.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.Control and analyze production costs and inventory transactions.Coordinate with operations and plant departments to ensure accurate cost allocation.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Support internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.Lead and develop the accounting team to achieve departmental objectives.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.8–10 years of experience in accounting, with previous experience in concrete factories being mandatory.Experience in manufacturing and cost accounting is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of IFRS and Egyptian tax regulations.Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment.Work Conditions:Site-Based Position – HurghadaFull-time employment.Accommodation and transportation are provided.
