Administration Manager
Job Description
Supervise all administrative affairs services, organize departmental workflow, and monitor the performance of the assigned team.Track and renew all company certificates, licenses, and official documents well in advance of their expiration dates.Establish and maintain a periodic registry of renewal dates for all official documents and certificates, ensuring continuous monitoring.Prepare periodic reports regarding the status of licenses, certificates, and any legal or administrative updates.Coordinate and liaise with relevant government authorities, agencies, and official institutions.Review and draft company contracts and agreements from a legal perspective, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Provide internal legal advisory services concerning administrative, contractual, and regulatory matters, and issue internal work regulations.Plan, issue, and manage the Administrative Affairs budget, while overseeing operations to control and optimize departmental expenses.
Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.).A minimum of 6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial level.Experience in dealing with government authorities, as well as issuing and renewing licenses and certificates related to industrial activities.Good knowledge of labor laws and governing regulations.Ability to manage a team and monitor their performance and achievements.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.High capacity for planning, organizing, monitoring, and supervising.Ability to present, plan, and effectively manage departmental priorities.
