Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive farm plans, including crop rotation, planting schedules, irrigation, and pest management, to maximize yield and quality.Operational Excellence: Oversee daily farm activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation, equipment maintenance, and adherence to best agricultural practices.Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and manage a skilled farm team, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.Financial Management: Manage farm budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.Technology & Innovation: Identify and integrate new agricultural technologies and sustainable farming methods to enhance efficiency and environmental stewardship.Quality & Compliance: Ensure all produce meets stringent quality standards and comply with relevant agricultural regulations.
