Job Description
1.
Agricultural Operations ManagementDevelop and implement seasonal agricultural plans and production schedules.Supervise the cultivation and production of:Field cropsFruit orchardsPeanut cropsGreenhouse vegetables and protected agricultureMonitor irrigation, fertilization, and crop protection programs.Ensure all agricultural practices are implemented according to technical standards and best farming practices.Conduct regular field inspections and monitor crop performance.

Greenhouse ManagementSupervise greenhouse operations and maintenance activities.Monitor temperature, humidity, ventilation, and climate control systems.Manage irrigation and fertigation programs inside greenhouses.Ensure high-quality production and minimize crop losses.
3.
Pest and Disease ControlMonitor crop health and identify pest and disease issues.Implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs.Supervise the safe and effective use of fertilizers and pesticides.Coordinate with agricultural laboratories for soil, water, and plant analysis when required.
4.
Administrative & Technical ManagementLead and supervise agricultural teams and field workers.Prepare technical and operational reports on a regular basis.Monitor operational costs and optimize resource utilization.Supervise agricultural machinery, equipment, and storage facilities.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
5.
Production Planning & PerformanceDevelop annual and seasonal production plans.Monitor productivity, crop quality, and operational efficiency.Improve irrigation and fertilizer use efficiency.Recommend solutions to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in agricultural project management.Practical experience in:Field cropsFruit productionPeanut cultivationGreenhouse managementStrong knowledge of modern irrigation and fertilization systems.
