We are looking for a driven and experienced Agriculture Quality Manager to join our team!

To thrive in this role, you will need:Extensive experience: 15-20 years of experience in quality management within the agricultural industry.Strategic Leadership & Quality Systems: Develop and implement quality/food safety strategy, integrated QMS, and KPIs across production, packing, storage, and transportation.Governance & Standards: Oversee ISO 22000, HACCP, GLOBALG.A.P., BRC, SMETA certifications; ensure GAP compliance, audits, and continuous improvement.Agricultural Production Quality: Enforce standards for varietal selection, crop management, IPM, pre-harvest controls, residue monitoring, traceability, and certification relations.Unified Standards & Packing Operations: Align QC protocols across teams/farms; oversee incoming inspections, packing lines, cold chain, packaging, deviations, complaints, and FDA/EU compliance in grapes/citrus facilities.Concentrate Factory Quality: Establish systems for raw intake, processing controls, lab testing (Brix, acidity, microbiology), finished specs, sanitation, and international compliance.Team Leadership & Customer Relations: Lead quality teams with training and "quality first" culture; manage budgets, customer audits, regulatory compliance, and industry representation.Coordination, Reporting & Improvement: Collaborate with management; analyze trends/KPIs for preventive actions; lead root cause analysis, SPC, benchmarking, and cost reductions.

Qualifications: Bachelor's (Master's preferred) in Agriculture/Food Science; 15+ years experience in fresh produce/concentrates; leadership skills; fluent English; expert in postharvest, standards, and software.If you are a results-oriented individual with a passion for quality and a desire to make a difference, we encourage you to apply!
