• Onsite at New Cairo office - one day from homeSocial insurance + family medical insurance We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Manager to lead our AI Engineering team.

This role involves overseeing data management practices for AI deployments and infrastructure environments, ensuring data integrity, quality, and accessibility.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of AI technologies, and experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Oversee the design, implementation, and management of AI and data infrastructure, ensuring scalability and performance.Develop and enforce data management strategies, policies, and best practices across the organization.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and develop solutions that support AI applications and initiatives.Ensure data accuracy, quality, and security across all AI deployments, establishing monitoring and reporting mechanisms.Manage data lifecycle processes, including data collection, storage, and processing, while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and data management, recommending and implementing relevant advancements.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field;

Master’s degree preferred.Proven experience in data management, AI deployment, or related roles, with a minimum of [8 years] of experience in a leadership position.Strong expertise in data architecture and data warehousing.Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) .Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
