Amazon Relay Dispatcher

This is a full-time, WFH role located in Cairo, Egypt for an Amazon Relay Dispatcher.

The role involves coordinating and assigning loads, managing driver schedules, tracking shipments in real-time, and ensuring compliance with company and client policies.

The dispatcher will effectively communicate with drivers, maintain accurate documentation, address delivery issues promptly, and support the logistics team to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

The dispatcher will work within Amazon Relay systems and processes to support contracted transportation operations.
