Architect Design Engineer

Develop innovative architectural designs and engineering solutions for a variety of building and infrastructure projects.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and urban planning professionals to ensure integrated project delivery.Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using advanced design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data, evaluate project feasibility, and ensure compliance with design intent.Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to clarify requirements and resolve design-related issues.Ensure all designs adhere to relevant codes, standards, and sustainability best practices.Participate in project meetings, presentations, and reviews to communicate design concepts and progress.Support the preparation of tender documents, construction drawings, and technical reports.Assist in value engineering exercises to optimize design efficiency and project costs.Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously enhance design quality.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.2 to 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and engineering roles.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM applications.Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Experience preparing detailed drawings, plans, and technical documentation.Ability to conduct site visits and translate findings into actionable design solutions.Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry advancements.
