Job Opportunity: Architect We are looking for an ambitious and creative architect to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills and the ability to translate designs into tangible realities through meticulous supervision and follow-up.
Job Requirements: Experience: 2-3 years in architectural design and execution.
Specialization: Experience in supervising interior finishing works to ensure adherence to specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:Preparing architectural designs and detailed execution drawings.
On-site supervision of technicians and contractors to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained and executed.
Adhering to and regularly updating the organizational schedule according to established deadlines.This will involve ongoing modifications to existing systems and other infrastructure (electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning) to prevent any on-site conflicts.
