Architect Site Engineer

Supervise and monitor all architectural works on site to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements.Review and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering teams to resolve site issues and ensure smooth workflow.Ensure that work is executed according to approved materials, quality standards, and safety regulations.Conduct site inspections and follow up on ongoing construction activities.Prepare site reports, progress reports, and daily work updates.Review and approve contractor shop drawings and material submittals when required.Identify and report design conflicts or site problems and propose solutions.Ensure proper implementation of finishing works such as plastering, tiling, painting, ceilings, etc.Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the scheduled timeline.Coordinate with contractors to ensure proper sequencing of construction activities.Participate in site meetings with project managers, consultants, and contractors.

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.1–3 years of experience in site supervision or architectural execution.Good knowledge of construction methods and finishing works.Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and shop drawings.Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).Good communication and teamwork skills.
