Job Description

Architect Site Engineer (Senior – 7+ Years Experience)We are looking for a Senior Architect Site Engineer with 7+ years of experience to manage architectural works on-site and ensure projects are executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:Supervise architectural site works including finishes, façade, and interior works.Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues.Prepare site reports and snag lists.

Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering.Minimum 7 years of relevant site experience.Strong knowledge of architectural finishes and construction detailing.Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).Strong communication and coordination skills.
