Design Development: Create, modify, and refine architectural design concepts, sketches, and 3D models.Documentation: Produce detailed drawings, floor plans, and construction documents using software like Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D Max.Client Collaboration: Meet with clients to define project requirements, budgets, and schedules, providing recommendations.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all plans meet local building codes, zoning bylaws, and safety regulations.Coordination: Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and technical accuracy.Visualization: Create high-quality renderings and presentations for client approval.Construction Administration: Assist with site visits to review construction progress, as-built drawings, and project specifications
