Architectural Site Manager

Supervise and manage all architectural site activities (finishes, façade, landscape, etc.)Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and approved materialsReview shop drawings, method statements, and material submittalsCoordinate with civil, MEP, and other departments to avoid conflictsMonitor project progress and ensure adherence to project scheduleConduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and complianceIdentify and resolve any technical issues or site challengesManage subcontractors and ensure performance meets project standardsPrepare and submit progress reports to senior managementEnsure compliance with health & safety regulationsParticipate in project meetings with consultants and stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering8–10+ years of experience in construction/site managementStrong experience in finishing works and large-scale projects (e.g., malls, compounds)Excellent knowledge of construction methods and materialsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQsStrong leadership and team management skillsGood communication and coordination abilities
