Job Description

1.

Prepare, draw, and finalize architectural working drawings (floor plans, elevations, and sections) at precise scales suitable for on-site construction.

2.

Verify architectural drawings against structural drawings and electromechanical (MEP) systems to identify and resolve any discrepancies before construction.

3.

Calculate quantities for finishing, building, and various architectural items using drawings and designs, and submit them to the department supervisor for review and approval.

4.

Prepare and review bills of quantities (BOQs) to ensure they comply with the project budget, and submit them to the department supervisor for review and approval.

5.

Prepare monthly progress reports for contractors based on actual site progress and submit them to the department supervisor for review and approval.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized Egyptian university.Engineering studies and certifications.Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Primavera, Revit, and BIM.Experience in overseeing the entire process of preparing shop drawings.Experience in the contracting field is preferred.Excellent in both spoken and written Arabic and English is required.Previous experience in various job-related tasks, with a maximum of 3 years in the same role, is necessary.
