Architecture Senior Engineer

Define project’s scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with R&R division manager and stakeholders.Develop comprehensive project plans that cover all project related areas such as scope management, time management, risk management and quality management.Set and continuously manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders through the establishment and implementation of an effective communication strategy.Communicate project risks and issues to relevant stakeholders and escalate where appropriate.Identify and engage required resources, ensuring that expectations are known, managed and fulfilled within the project constraints.Manage resources effectively and efficiently to ensure the budget and project plan objectives are met.Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals .Ensure that the work progress is proceeding as per the approved design drawings, materials and specification.Follow up the work progress and Ensuring that the projects is always evolving to reach the highest level of quality.Reviewing the project invoices against the executed work quantities and Monitoring the actual cost performance of the Project against the planned budget to keeping the cost of the project without any unnecessary increases.Follow up the project time schedule to ensure that the project will delivered in the planned date.Manage the projects technical documents and progress evidences to ensure that all records are comply with the project contract requirements and develop to be archived in a consistent approach in coordination with projects document control department.

AutoCAD .Microsoft Office .Projects Technical skills is preferable .Proven experience at least ( 5 Years ) with projects of similar to our size and scope
