Architecture Technical Office Engineer

Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings and technical submittals in alignment with project specifications and timelines.Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.Conduct quantity take-offs, material requisitions, and cost estimations for architectural works.Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and quality standards throughout all project phases.Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation, including RFIs, method statements, and technical reports.Monitor project progress, identify risks or discrepancies, and propose effective solutions to maintain schedule and quality.Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to verify material specifications and delivery schedules.Support site teams by providing technical guidance and clarifications on architectural details and construction methodologies.Participate in project meetings, presenting technical insights and updates to stakeholders.Maintain organized records of drawings, documents, and correspondence for efficient project management and audit purposes.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience as a Technical Office Engineer in the architectural field.Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building codes.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max and other architectural design software.Experience in preparing and reviewing shop drawings and technical submittals.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.Fluency in English;

Arabic language skills are an advantage.Nearby Location is must6 days work 9 am : 5 pm
