Architecture Technical Office Engineer
Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Architecture Technical Office Engineer to join our Construction & Real Estate team.The role involves preparing shop drawings, reviewing architectural designs, coordinating with different engineering disciplines, and ensuring that projects are executed in accordance with specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and develop architectural shop drawings and detailed drawings for construction execution.Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.Review tender drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract documents.Ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and company standards.Prepare quantity take-offs and material submittals.Participate in technical meetings and provide architectural solutions when required.Monitor design changes and update drawings accordingly.Support the planning department by providing required technical data and progress updates.Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.Coordinate with MEP and structural teams to avoid design conflicts.
Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering or relevant field.3–7 years of experience in Technical Office within construction or real estate companies.Strong knowledge of shop drawings, detailing, and construction methods.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.Good understanding of project documentation and contract drawings.Excellent coordination and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
