Art Teacher - Steamulation Hub Pre school -El-Sheikh Zayed City

The Art Teacher will be responsible to plan, organize and execute a wide range of art development activities for children of various ages & abilities in the preschool center.

The duties include setting learning objectives and guidelines, conceptualizing lesson plans, liaising with various classroom teaching teams, as well as arranging various activities for fun days, events, camps, and afterschool activities. S/He is expected to coordinate with the Center Manager and the classroom teaching teams, as well as work cooperatively with them, to ensure the delivery of the highest quality of art education practices, as well as abiding by the policies and regulations of Innovvette. S/He is to research and develop various art initiatives to foster the progression of children’s artistic talents and expressive arts skills.The Art Teacher will also be accountable for all decorations, costumes, theater backdrops, and stage props, that would be needed for events organized by Innovvette and STEAMulation Hub, as well as the monthly theme décor of the preschool. S/He is to liaise with the Marketing department and the Center Manager to develop a yearly events calendar and budgets.

Working experience with art education and programs for children.Ability to research latest developments in the field of art education for children to upgrade own knowledge and skills.Ability to self-motivate, establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimum supervision.Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.Effective problem-solving abilities with a high degree of patience & resilience, and robust capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Remarkable professional work ethics& business sense, demonstrating honesty, integrity and commitment.Act as a role model in punctuality & attendance, with the flexibility to work extra hours, occasional evenings, or weekends to meet the needs of the overall program.
