We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Logistics to join our team.

The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in a large-scale manufacturing company or freight forwarding company, with sound knowledge of import/export operations and customs procedures, and the ability to manage end-to-end logistics functions in a free zone environment efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate all inbound and outbound logistics operations.Ensure timely clearance and delivery of import/export shipments.Monitor shipping costs, lead times, and service performance.Maintain compliance with customs, trade, and Free Zone regulations.Prepare reports and support continuous improvement in logistics efficiency.

Key Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree with relevant professional qualifications in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or a related field.Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a large-scale manufacturing company or a freight forwarding company (mandatory).Proven experience in managing import shipments (LCL / FCL / Airfreight) from multiple global origins.Hands-on experience in coordinating export container shipments to the USA and Europe.Hands on experience on Caro X and Nafeza (National Single Window for Foreign Trade Facilitation) system.Strong working knowledge of customs clearance procedures and Free Zone regulations (mandatory).Ability to liaise effectively with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs authorities, and internal stakeholders.Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.If you meet the above criteria and are looking for an exciting career opportunity, we invite you to apply.Candidate should be below 35 Years of Age
