Automotive Logistics Manager

Oversee and manage all automotive logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of vehicles and parts.Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain performance and reduce operational costs.Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to streamline inbound and outbound logistics processes.Monitor inventory levels and manage warehousing operations to ensure accuracy and availability of automotive products.Analyze logistics data and generate reports to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend process improvements.Lead, mentor, and develop logistics team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain high performance standards.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies related to logistics and transportation.Negotiate contracts with logistics service providers and evaluate their performance to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.Resolve any logistics-related issues, such as shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies, in a timely and effective manner.Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer experience.

Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 7 years of experience in automotive logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.Proven track record in managing logistics operations within the automotive sector.Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Demonstrated ability to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.Proficiency in logistics management software and MS Office applications.Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
