Job Description
- Oversee daily flight reservation and ticketing operations for individual and corporate clients.
- Manage domestic and international flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, and cancellations.
- Supervise and support the ticketing team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor airline fares and secure the best routing and pricing options for clients.
- Handle complex itineraries, group bookings, and special travel requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, consolidators, and travel partners.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and urgent booking issues.
- Monitor sales targets, booking performance, and revenue generation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
- Train and develop team members on reservation systems and ticketing procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality and increase profitability.Preferred Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in airline reservation and ticketing within a tourism company.
- Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong experience in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Excellent knowledge of airline fares, routing, ticket exchanges, refunds, and reissues.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).
