BI Developer

Build and support dashboards & interactive reports using different BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools).Transform and clean data using ETL/data preparation and cleansing capabilities across BI platforms.Assist in data modeling, DAX calculated measures and visual design across BI platforms.Working within collaborative BI environments and publishing platforms (Power BI Service, Tableau Server/Cloud).Connect and extract data from various sources using APIs, SQL, and built-in BI connectors.Write, optimize, and maintain Basic SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and preparation.Utilize Microsoft Excel fundamentals including PivotTables, Power Pivot, basic formulas for data analysis and reporting support.Participate in client requirement meetings and document findings.Collaborate cross-functionally with business units (Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success) and different technology teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end data solutions.Translate data insights into clear, compelling stories for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any BI-related discipline.0–6 months of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.High potential with a genuine eagerness to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the BI field.Good understanding of database fundamentals and concepts, data warehouse (DWH) design principles.Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
