BIM Coordination Senior Engineer

Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination sessions and workflowsRun clash detection, analyze results, and prioritize coordination issues.Track, communicate, and follow up on clash resolution with discipline teams.Review federated models for quality, alignment, and constructability.Support and guide junior coordination engineers.Ensure coordination outputs comply with BEP and project standards.Lead day-to-day BIM coordination activities across disciplines, ensuring clashes are identified, analyzed, and resolved, and that coordinated models meet project requirements and coordination standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.3-5 years of proven experience in BIM coordination industry.Strong experience in BIM coordination on multidisciplinary projects.Proficiency in coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks).Solid understanding of BIM workflows, clash management, and model QA.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
