BIM Manager

Lead and manage BIM activities across construction projectsOversee the development and coordination of BIM models between all disciplinesConduct clash detection and ensure timely resolution of coordination issuesEstablish and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and project requirementsReview model quality, accuracy, and compliance with project specificationsCoordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients to support project deliveryManage and support BIM Coordinators, Engineers, and ModelersDevelop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) in line with project requirementsEnsure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and BIM protocolsManage Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows and document control processesMonitor BIM deliverables, project milestones, and coordination schedulesSupport 4D/5D BIM implementation and digital construction workflows where applicable (Preferable)Develop BIM standards, templates, and libraries across the organizationLead BIM coordination meetings and issue tracking processesReview and approve BIM submissions from internal teams and subcontractorsEnsure proper model integration for Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplinesProvide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to BIM teamsSupport tendering and project proposals with BIM-related requirements and deliverablesCoordinate with site teams to ensure constructability and model accuracy during executionPrepare coordination, clash detection, and BIM progress reports for management and clients

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related fieldProven experience as a BIM Manager within the construction industry8+ yrs of experience in Construction, 3+ Yrs of them as a BIM Manager.Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Synchro Pro And Dynamo (are Plus)Proven Experience in Project Estimation and Pricing ActivitiesSupport the team in providing the needed trainings and supportExperience in multidisciplinary coordination and clash detectionStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesFluent English is a MUSTComfortable working under US working hours (3 PM Till 12 AM Cairo time)Able to commute throughout the working days to Doki, Giza
