Job Description
Manage daily operations of the branch and ensure smooth workflowAchieve monthly and annual sales targetsLead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performanceMonitor sales KPIs and prepare regular performance reportsDevelop and implement sales strategies to increase market shareBuild strong relationships with key customers and distributorsEnsure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints effectivelyCoordinate with other departments (Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing)Control branch expenses and improve profitability
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related fieldMinimum 5–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial roleExperience in FMCG or food industry is highly preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales dataProficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systemsAbility to work under pressure and meet targets
