Branch Manager

Manage the branch’s daily operations and ensure efficient workflow.Achieve sales and revenue targets set by senior management.Supervise all branch teams and evaluate their performance.Monitor customer service, handle complaints, and improve satisfaction levels.Oversee inventory and procurement and ensure product availability.

Leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and motivating team members.Strong sales and customer relationship management abilities, with a proven track record of driving business growth.Operational management skills, including strategic planning, inventory management, and resource optimization.Analytical and problem-solving skills for market analysis and decision making.Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with negotiation abilities.Knowledge of industrial electrical products and experience in a similar role is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic business environments.
