Job Description
- Develop a deep understanding of the Cosmetics market, both B2B and B2C
- Develop the annual strategic plan for the brand’s marketing activities and analyze these activities to identify opportunities and problems.
- Analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights, then adapting the brand strategy for the targeted market.
- An in-depth, consumer-centric experience is preferable
- Building and following the brand on social media with our creative team through consistent brainstorming and collaborating with all teams for new ideas and strategies.
- Manage and implement the marketing analysis to determine the requirements and trends of the competitive market.
- Determine the basic principles and marketing message of advertising campaigns and coordinate internally and externally to follow up on implementation through various promotional platforms, whether a television advertisement or advertising campaigns through social networking sites.
- Create written content on product packaging and determine the appropriate packaging format in line with marketing trends.
- Follow up on implementing promotional events and submit relevant reports to the stakeholders to cover the development.
- Ensures effective implementation of marketing plans (create, develop, monitor, control, and revise) and strategy to achieve annual profitability objectives, plans and monitors marketing budgets, and Develops messaging, marketing initiatives, and marketing materials.
- Makes sure that the sales force reps get and implement optimal product, medical, and competitors' knowledge.
- Acts as a brand champion to craft the enthusiasm of the sales force.
- Identify and communicate local market insights about opportunities and challenges, and present local marketing interests.
- Close collaboration with sales and effectively work out new strategies and activities with or for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Design, E e-commerce, PR, POS and Digital Teams to streamline the Finance, R&D and Supply Chain to ensure the category campaigns’ success
- Monitor market trends and research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Brand Manager with a successful track record.
- Preferred experience in the cosmetics industry, particularly in Dermatology and Pediatrics, or the FMCG industry.
- Experience in Hair Care products is a MUST.
- Marketing Diploma from a certified institute or university is preferred.
- Presentable, with excellent communication, innovation, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Up to date with the latest trends, marketing best practices, and digital marketing.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
