Job Description

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.Create and maintain functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.Develop process flows and system models using UML/BPMN.Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and product owners to ensure requirements are clearly understood.Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Support solution design, testing, and implementation activities.Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.Must have at least 4 years of experience.UML and BPMN modeling.Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation.Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong understanding of system workflows and business processes.Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.Stakeholder management and negotiation skills.Ability to decompose complex problems into actionable solutions.Strong organizational and documentation skills.
