Job Description

1.

Business GrowthIdentify and develop new business opportunities to increase company revenue.Research market trends, competitors, and potential clients.Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.

2.

Partnerships & Franchise DevelopmentIdentify potential franchise partners and distributors.Support franchise expansion locally and internationally.Manage relationships with agents and distributors.

3.

Retail ExpansionIdentify new retail locations and expansion opportunities.Coordinate with leasing teams and mall management.Evaluate store performance and recommend new markets.

4.

Client Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with key partners and clients.Conduct meetings and presentations to promote company services/products.Negotiate contracts and commercial terms.

5.

Market AnalysisConduct market research to identify growth opportunities.Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.Prepare business proposals and feasibility studies.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.1–3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in retail or fashion industry.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.Strong analytical and market research skills.
