Job Description

  • Distributor Acquisition & Management:Search, negotiate, acquire, and onboard new distributors across designated international markets.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:Coordinate sales and marketing activities with distributors, set ambitious sales targets, and help distributor teams achieve their goals.
  • Forecasting & Pipeline:Conduct market research, gather client feedback, and forecast sales targets for EGZOTech products in your assigned region.
  • Demo Roadshows & Presentations:Organize and lead promotional "Demo Roadshows" with distributors, demonstrating our robotic systems in action to clinical end-customers and sales teams.
  • Trade Fairs & Events:Represent EGZOTech at major international medical and rehabilitation exhibitions (e.g., MEDICA, Arab Health).
  • Localization & Marketing Support:Assist distributors in adjusting EGZOTech marketing and promotional materials to meet local market needs.
  • Clinical & Commercial Training:Coordinate training programs for distributor sales representatives and clinical end-customers.
  • Reference & Content Collection:Gather references, case studies, photo, and video testimonials from satisfied end-customers and distribution partners.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Educational Background:Bachelor's degree inPhysical Therapy / Rehabilitationor related clinical/medical field (Mandatory requirement).
  • Experience:Proven track record (3+ years) in B2B direct sales, international distribution, or medical device commercialization.
  • Language Skills:Advanced English (at least C1 level) for daily business communication.

Knowledge ofFrenchis a strong advantage.

  • Travel Flexibility:Willingness to travel frequently abroad (~2 weeks per month).
  • Skills:Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a highly structured and self-motivated mindset.
  • License:Active driving license.
