Business Strategy Officer

Lead and manage organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new strategies.Translate strategic objectives into clear execution plans across departments.Drive strategy deployment from top management to middle management and operational teams.Monitor implementation progress and ensure alignment with defined KPIs.Identify potential risks and challenges, and develop mitigation plans.Evaluate business performance and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.Establish governance frameworks to track strategy execution and accountability.Support decision-making through data analysis, market insights, and business intelligence.Lead strategic projects and transformation initiatives across the organization.Develop and maintain strategy dashboards and reporting tools for leadership visibility.

BSc/BA in Business Administration or equivalent (MBA is a plus).3–5 years of experience in strategy, business planning, or management consulting.Strong understanding of business operations, financials, and organizational dynamics.Proven experience in strategy development and execution at organizational level.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong leadership and influencing skills across different organizational levels.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Very good command of English.
