Chief Operating Officer (COO) / General Manager

We are seeking a highly intelligent, ambitious, and execution-focused General Manager / COO to oversee company operations, expansion strategy, team management, partnerships, and day-to-day business execution.This role is for someone who can think like an entrepreneur, operate like an executive, and execute like a startup founder.The ideal candidate should be capable of eventually managing large-scale operations independently while working directly alongside the founder on strategic initiatives, growth, operations, hiring, partnerships, and execution.This is not a standard management position.

We are looking for someone capable of becoming a core pillar of the organization long term.

ResponsibilitiesExecutive OperationsOversee daily operations across multiple business divisionsEnsure departments are aligned on execution timelines and deliverablesBuild internal operational systems and accountability structuresImprove company efficiency and scalabilityMonitor KPIs, operational performance, and growth metricsInternational ExpansionAssist with expansion into new countries and marketsCoordinate international operations and partnershipsResearch market opportunities, regulations, and growth strategiesSupport global hiring and operational infrastructureTeam LeadershipManage managers, developers, operations staff, and contractorsBuild and maintain high-performance teamsCreate reporting structures and operational workflowsHold departments accountable to deadlines and goalsStrategic GrowthWork directly with the founder on business strategyIdentify operational bottlenecks and growth opportunitiesAssist in acquisitions, partnerships, and enterprise negotiationsHelp structure and launch new ventures and verticalsTechnology & InnovationCoordinate with software and automation teamsUnderstand AI, SaaS, workflow automation, and modern operational systemsHelp oversee implementation of internal systems and technology initiativesFinancial & Administrative OversightMonitor operational budgets and expendituresAssist with forecasting and scaling strategiesCoordinate between accounting, legal, HR, and operations departments
