Civil Design Manager

Lead and manage the design department across Structural, Architectural, and MEP disciplinesReview and approve engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentationCoordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams to ensure project requirements are achievedMonitor design progress and ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standardsProvide technical guidance and support to design engineers and technical office teamsEnsure all designs comply with engineering codes, standards, and company proceduresCoordinate with site teams to resolve technical issues and design modificationsParticipate in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation activitiesPrepare technical reports and project documentationManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering5–10 years of experience in engineering design and technical office managementStrong experience in Structural, Architectural, and MEP design coordinationProven leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent knowledge of engineering standards, codes, and regulationsProficiency in AutoCAD and engineering design softwareStrong project management and coordination skillsExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficientlyPrevious experience in construction and real estate projects is preferred
