Key Responsibilities:Lead and contribute to the design and analysis of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Oversee and conduct site supervision activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality control, and safety protocols.Execute comprehensive project management tasks from inception to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Perform detailed structural analysis and review engineering drawings and specifications.Utilize advanced software such as AutoCAD for drafting, modeling, and design documentation.Identify and resolve complex engineering challenges through effective problem analysis and innovative solutions.Foster clear and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure seamless project progression.Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
