Key Responsibilities:Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for a diverse range of civil engineering and construction Foundation projects.Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to accurately quantify materials, labor, and equipment requirements.Collaborate closely with project managers, procurement teams, and technical departments to ensure alignment on project scope and cost.Develop and manage bidding strategies, preparing compelling tenders that secure new business.Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation during the estimation phase.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry pricing, market trends, and regulatory changes in construction Foundation landscape.Utilize advanced estimation software and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
