Job Description
Tendering & Estimation
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract requirements.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare technical and commercial comparisons for materials and subcontractors.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial tender submissions.
Procurement & Purchasing
- Source and evaluate suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors for civil & Arch. materials and services.
- Issue RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare purchase orders in accordance with project specifications and company procedures.
- Monitor procurement schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers regarding material requirements and delivery priorities.
- Ensure purchased materials comply with project specifications and approved submittals.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil & Arch. estimation, tendering, procurement, or quantity surveying within construction projects.
- Strong understanding of civil & Arch. systems, materials, and construction practices.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, hospitality, or fit-out projects is preferred.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil & Arch. estimation, tendering, procurement, or quantity surveying within construction projects.
- Strong understanding of civil & Arch. systems, materials, and construction practices.
