Cleaning Supervisor / Cleaning Operations Lead

Pika Clean is a premium home cleaning service launching in New Cairo, focused on villas, apartments, deep cleaning, move-in cleaning, and post-finishing cleaning.

We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor / Cleaning Operations Lead who can help us build a reliable, high-quality cleaning operation from the beginning.

This role is not only about cleaning.

The selected candidate will supervise cleaning jobs on site, lead small cleaning teams, prepare tools and materials, check work quality, and make sure each job is completed according to Pika Clean standards.

Main responsibilities:- Supervise residential cleaning jobs in New Cairo and nearby premium compounds- Lead and guide a small team of cleaners during each job- Prepare and organize cleaning tools, equipment, and materials before work starts- Check the condition of the home before cleaning and identify the required cleaning scope- Monitor cleaning quality during the job- Review completed work before handover to the customer- Take and send before/after photos and job updates through WhatsApp- Report any issues, delays, damage, missing tools, or customer requests immediately- Help improve cleaning checklists, work procedures, and quality standards- Support Pika Clean in building a professional and trustworthy cleaning teamThe role will start with a trial period.

Strong performers may be considered for a longer-term role with performance-based incentives.

• Previous experience working for a cleaning company or professional housekeeping service is required.- Experience with apartments, villas, deep cleaning, or post-finishing cleaning is preferred.- Good knowledge of professional cleaning tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals.- Must have access to, or be able to arrange, professional cleaning tools/equipment for initial jobs.- Able to supervise a small cleaning team and check work quality on site.- Available to work in New Cairo.- Valid ID and previous work references are required.
