Job Description

  • Prepare and optimize CNC programs for heavy steel components
  • Operate and monitor CNC machines (Laser, Plasma, Drilling, etc.)
  • Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings for bridge bearing components
  • Ensure high precision and quality standards in machining processes
  • Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
  • Improve production efficiency and reduce material waste
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
  • Follow safety and quality standards in steel fabrication environment
  • 3–5 years of experience as a CNC Engineer
  • Experience in heavy steel fabrication or similar industry is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation
  • Experience with Laser, Plasma, or heavy-duty CNC machines
  • Very good ability to read technical and fabrication drawings
  • Familiar with tolerances and precision in heavy components
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
