Construction Engineer

Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.Interpret and review construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements.Collaborate with architects, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and streamline workflow.Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, site logs, and inspection records.Conduct site inspections to identify potential risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure a safe working environment.Assist in the procurement of construction materials and equipment, coordinating deliveries and inventory management.Support the implementation of project schedules, tracking milestones and reporting deviations to senior management.Participate in project meetings, providing technical input and updates on construction progress.Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations throughout all phases of construction.

Minimum of 10 year of experience in construction engineering or a related field.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Willingness to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
