Carats Jewelry is hiring a Content Creator & Digital Executor to support the execution of high-quality digital content across social platforms.

This role focuses on producing refined visual content — Reels, posts, and stories — based on clear campaign direction, while maintaining the brand’s premium identity.

This is an execution-focused role working closely with senior marketing leadership.

Strategic direction and campaign concepts are provided; the role is responsible for accurate, consistent, and timely implementation.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and edit Instagram Reels, posts, and story content aligned with brand guidelinesExecute content plans based on campaign briefs and referencesEdit short-form video with strong pacing, music selection, and clean visual qualityEnsure consistency in visual style, tone, and overall presentationSchedule and publish content accurately and on timeHandle basic inbound messages using predefined response guidelinesEscalate client inquiries when required

Core RequirementsStrong experience with short-form video editing (Reels or equivalent)Demonstrated visual taste suitable for premium or luxury brandsAbility to work precisely from references and feedbackStrong attention to detail and execution qualityGood time management and ability to meet deadlinesComfortable working within clear creative directionPortfolio RequirementApplicants must submit a portfolio including:5–10 examples of short-form video content3–5 examples of static visual content
