Content Specialist (Menu Management)

Content Specialist – Menu ManagementWe are looking for a Menu Content Specialist to manage restaurant information and menu content inside our platform and ensure all restaurant data is accurate, organized, and properly displayed.

ResponsibilitiesCreate and upload restaurant profiles and branch information on the platformAdd and update restaurant details such as location, contact information, and operating hoursEnter and update menu items including item names, descriptions, prices, categories, and modifiersOrganize menu sections to ensure a clear and user-friendly structureUpload and organize menu item photos according to platform guidelinesCrop and adjust food images to match required sizes and quality standardsAudit and update existing menus to ensure price accuracy and content consistencyMaintain high standards of data accuracy and formattingPerform regular menu audits and quality checks to identify missing or incorrect informationImplement promotions, offers, and seasonal menu updates when requiredPrepare files for QR menu prints and restaurant marketing materialsEnsure files are correctly formatted and ready for printingCoordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Account Managers to update restaurant informationFollow internal content quality guidelines and SOPs

0–2 years of experience in content management, data entry, or catalog managementStrong attention to detail and data accuracyGood organizational and time management skillsBasic knowledge of Excel and Google SheetsBasic experience with image editing tools (Photoshop, Canva, or similar)Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standardsImportant NotesThis role focuses on menu and platform content management, not social media content creationThe role requires high attention to detail and comfort working with structured tasks
