Job Description
Review and administrate contracts and Contractual correspondence.Identify, assess, and document contractual risks, and claim events.Prepare Extension of Time (EOT), disruption, acceleration, and cost claims.Maintain contractual records, claims registers, and correspondence trackersMonitor compliance with contractual obligations.
Participate in meetings and assist in resolving contractual issues.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.3 - 5 years of experience in contract administration, claims, and contractual correspondences within the construction industry.Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and construction contract management principles.Demonstrated experience in preparing and defending EOT and Cost claims.Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and report-writing skills.
