Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.Basic understanding of control tower operations and supply chain processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.Proficiency in logistics management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team.Flexibility to adapt to changing operational demands and priorities.Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to task management.Commitment to upholding company values of inclusivity, accountability, and performance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teamsKnowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus
