Copyright & Audience Development Specialist

We are looking for a dual-expertise professional to join our team.

The Copyright & Audience Development Specialist will be responsible for safeguarding our intellectual property while aggressively growing our digital footprint and engagement.

You will ensure our content is protected and monetized correctly while using data-driven strategies to reach new audiences in the MENA region and beyond.

Copyright & Rights ManagementManage and protect the company’s intellectual property across digital platforms (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).Handle Rights Management tools (e.g., YouTube Content ID) to claim, monetize, or block unauthorized use of content.Monitor and resolve copyright disputes, strikes, and DMCA takedown notices.Ensure all produced content complies with international copyright laws and platform-specific policies.

Audience Development & GrowthDevelop and execute strategies to increase viewership, subscribers, and engagement across all digital channels.Analyze audience data and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth in the Moroccan and Egyptian markets.Optimize content metadata (titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails) for SEO and maximum discoverability.Collaborate with the creative team to align content production with audience preferences and platform algorithms.

Strategy & ReportingProvide regular reports on audience growth, copyright health, and monetization performance.Stay up-to-date with platform updates and digital copyright legislation changes.

Experience: 2-3 years in digital rights management, social media strategy, or content operations.Languages: Native or professional fluency in Arabic and English (French is a strong plus).Technical Skills: Expertise in YouTube Studio, Facebook Rights Manager, and CMS platforms.Strong understanding of SEO and digital analytics (YouTube / Google Analytics, Social Bakers, etc.).Soft Skills: High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
