Job Description

Create rhinestone, hotfix stone, and pearl setting designs using CorelDRAW.Convert customer logos, artwork, and text into stone layouts.Prepare production-ready files for rhinestone setting machines.Ensure design accuracy, stone spacing, and proper placement.Modify and edit artwork according to customer requirements.Check design quality before production.Support the production team with technical design files.Maintain and organize design archives and production files.

Strong knowledge of CorelDRAW (mandatory).Experience in rhinestone, hotfix stone, or pearl setting design.Ability to prepare files for rhinestone setting machines.Good understanding of stone sizes, spacing, and layout rules.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Basic Photoshop knowledge is an advantage.Basic English communication skills.Experience in the textile decoration or garment embellishment industry is preferred.
