Corporate Planning & Governance Manager

Job PurposeThe Corporate Planning & Governance Manager is responsible for leading the company's corporate planning and governance function by developing business planning processes, budgeting systems, management reporting, performance management frameworks, and corporate governance practices that support sustainable growth, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making.The role works closely with senior management to improve organizational performance through planning, financial analysis, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate PlanningLead the annual budgeting and business planning process across all departments.Develop annual operating plans, financial forecasts, and scenario analyses.Monitor business performance against budgets and strategic objectives.Evaluate investment opportunities and support business expansion initiatives.Conduct profitability analysis by business line, customer, and product category.Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Prepare monthly management reports and executive dashboards.Analyze financial and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.Monitor cash flow trends and working capital performance.Support pricing strategies through financial analysis.Prepare business cases and financial feasibility studies for major investments.Corporate GovernanceDevelop and maintain corporate governance policies and procedures.Design and update Delegation of Authority (DOA) and approval matrices.Develop company-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Strengthen internal controls and ensure proper policy documentation.Performance ManagementDevelop and implement company-wide KPI frameworks.Monitor departmental performance and recommend corrective actions.Coordinate monthly business performance review meetings.Provide executive performance reports and dashboards.Organizational Development & Strategic SupportReview organizational structures and recommend improvements.Support organizational development initiatives and job description development.Participate in strategic planning and business transformation projects.Conduct market and industry analysis to support executive decision-making.
